i love it , it's just a personal piece of equipment, some people wants to use for business, then they complain its not working right but its works real good , it prevent you from paying tons of money to send of recieve fax somewhere else. just have one for your own personal use.You dont need a extra line for it use your same phone line just connect it close to your phone and whenever you getting ready to send or recieve a fax pull the phone line off the wall and put the fax line in the wall when you are finish you pull the fax line off then put the phone line back in the wall, and always turn off anything that is connected to the phone like the answering machine etc. trust me it works real good just read the manual it will lead you.
