DO NOT BUY from AMAZON!!! After opening and installing in our Dell printer, we got the message that it was 'Non-compatible' with our printer! I keep one of these in stock as back up so that we are not without a printer at our busy office! It says that it is a genuine Dell cartridge and the sticker is the correct one and exactly like the one we just took out but it won't work and because I have had on the shelf unopened for stock, it is past the return time. This was an expensive mistake!!!
