I thought I was going to love this bag but no!!!! I think this item is one of the worse things I have ever bought and the sad thing is i love Steve Madden! The handles continuously snap apart and the white bag is on the floor, ground wherever I am. I used it 2 days and was so tired and embarrassed for having to pick the bag up I just took all my stuff out and put in a plastic bag until I got home to change purses. I can’t get my money back either because I didn’t use it for a few weeks after I bought it and it’s past the return time! Sucks!
