Not what is shown in the picture. Picture shows black writing and red back ground. Actually product is black background and red writing. I sent it back 2 times for this reason. I wouldn't mind but it doesn't match the one I have so I sent it back.I did not like the red plastic lettering. Did not look good against a red license plate. Chose one with all silver and black letters.Produce is exactly as pictured.
