I've tried off brand replacement toners before and have never been satified, they either leaked or streaked. I would buy this item again as I am pleased with it's performanceNothing to review really. I was disappointed that inside the package was a return label but only for use to U.S. Why was a Canadian label not supplied. There should be two labels, one for each country.With the previous cartridge, everything was great and copies were pristine. Since the new cartridge, there’s a 2 mm line that gets printed down the left side of anything I print. So I’m not sure if it’s the printer or the cartridge but it never did this before this new cartridge.Je ne Peux pas retourner la cartouche usagée a Brother. The TN420 lasted a bit over one year.
